Here are my hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 10 am to 10 pm
Thursday: 10 am to 6 pm
Friday: Reserved for Telemedicine, 9 am to 4 pm

Couples and Individual Therapy sessions are both 50 minutes.

I am not accepting insurance but will work with you to assist in getting whatever financial benefits you may be allowed. 

My rates are comparable to most therapists in the area and are dependent on the type of services requested. Feel free to call so that we can explore your needs.

I accept check, cash, credit cards, HSA cards, and cash transfer through select apps.

There is really no set number of sessions for any one issue.

I collaborate with clients to determine the right amount of sessions. Given this, the more frequent and consistent sessions are the more traction is gained toward achieving your therapeutic goals.

I require a 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If less than that is given, you will be responsible for the session fee.

Most clients report a sense of relief and understanding after a session. I often hear clients sharing about how the session was unexpected and that they feel lighter or more grounded.

Of course! I have lots of experience working with clients from this community.

It is also true that Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the kind of therapy I offer, has been shown to have positive impacts with same-sex couples as well as straight couples. My own first-hand experience working with LGBTQ+ couples supports this.

When I’m not spending time with my family, I very much enjoy accessing my artistic side by way of photography. I enjoy creating outlandish ideas and seeing them come to life.

It was more of a 90’s Bay Area thing for me. But for true comfort and style I stick with my trusty Fluvogs.

Hard to list all of them but: Waiting for Guffman, The Big Lewbowski, What About Bob, Best In Show, and a few others. I really like to laugh.
